Dear Participants, Below are the terms and conditions for voting in Concreto Uno Hall of Fame-
- Select voting region from three city/town options Kolkata, Siliguri or Asansol.
- A unique phone number can vote only once and spin the wheel for contest prizes.
- Voting period is from 31st Jul- 20th Aug 2024.
- Prizes won through spin the wheel would be shared to the OTP verified email only. In case it has been missed or has been forwarded to some other number, Nuvoco Vistas shall not be liable to resend or reissue the same. Voucher code will be shared from winnervoucher@concretounohalloffame.com. Kindly add the email address winnervoucher@concretounohalloffame.com to your email contacts. Additionally, please check your spam and junk folders for any winning vouchers.
- Nuvoco Vistas shall not be liable for any third-party default in terms of damage or quality.
- This is purely an audience-based voting contest, Nuvoco Vistas doesn’t endorse any brand/outlet neither does it endorse the quality of goods or services provided by the participating brands.
- The voucher validity is one year from the date of issuance.
- The entire value of the voucher must be redeemed at one go. Any additional amount must be paid by the winner in case the food or service value is higher than the amount won.
- Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions regarding prizes, voting or validity at any point of time during the contest.
- Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
